Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the property, including network connectivity, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems.
- Ensure all systems are secure and operational.
- Respond to IT-related issues and requests.
- Research and develop new systems and technology solutions to improve hotel operations.
- Establish best practices for IT security.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and assistance to guests and staff.
- Participate in continual professional development.
