Job Description
Responsible for planning and organizing events pertaining to food and beverage services. This includes ensuring the quality of food and beverage services, managing the staff and resources, and ensuring that all events are appropriately catered to. The Food and Beverage Coordinator must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Coordinator
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
