Job Description
Responsible for creating and implementing safety and security policies and procedures at our hotel. The Safety and Security Hotel Manager will monitor the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and all other visitors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a safety and security manager in a hotel or similar organization.
- Excellent knowledge of safety and security regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the safety and security policy.
- Monitor the hotel premises and ensure that all safety and security protocols are being followed.
- Identify and address potential safety and security risks.
- Investigate any incidents that occur on the hotel premises.
- Train staff in safety and security processes.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all safety and security incidents.
- Respond to any emergency situations.
- Resolve complaints and address guest/staff concerns promptly.
