Job Requirements
- At least two years of professional cooking experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food according to the hotel’s recipes and standards.
- Prepare ingredients and cook food for all areas of the hotel, including banquets, restaurants, and bars.
- Ensure food is stored correctly and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of the kitchen.
- Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory and supplies.
