Responsible for planning, organising and controlling the hotel's Sales & Marketing objectives. Responsible for developing maximum profitable sales to current and potential customers and achieving budgeted revenue target
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepares and establishes Annual Sales & Marketing Plan and Budget, Forecasting and Sales Turnover.
- Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the Sales and Marketing department.
- To be proactive in managing the sales and marketing department.
- Maintain good and effective public relations in the marketplace.
- Train and develop sales personnel skills in presentation, selling, follow-up and closing sales.
- Assist the Public Relations in specific areas of work such as advertising, promotion of products and services, and market research.
- To be continuously creative in strategic thinking to enhance and/or develop new products/packages.
