Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in hotel engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in engineering management and coordination.
- Knowledge of building, safety, and energy management regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the engineering operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operation of all related systems and equipment.
- Oversee the maintenance of the hotel’s building and grounds, including air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical and other related systems.
- Monitor and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Develop and implement energy management and conservation programs.
- Inspect and oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure safety and quality of work performed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of engineering activities.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets.
- Train and supervise staff in engineering and maintenance procedures.
