- At least 5 years of experience in a finance role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgets.
- Design and maintain internal control mechanisms to prevent and detect errors and fraud.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and maximize profits.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Liaise with auditors and other external parties to ensure financial compliance.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends and provide forecasts for the future.
- Develop and implement budget plans according to the hotel chain’s goals and objectives.
